Job Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
1. Lead and manage the security control center team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations.
2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect TSMC assets and personnel.
3. Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to security incidents.
4. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
5. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and emergency services, during security incidents.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on security operations, incidents, and trends to senior management.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards in all security operations.
8. Lead investigations into security breaches and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
9. Stay updated on the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the security control center.

Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above degree.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Basic proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication. (Chinese is a plus)
8. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification from ASIS International is a plus.

1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
