For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:
Manager (m/f/d) – Environment, Safety, Health (ESH) & Emergency Response (ER)

In this leadership role, you will be primarily accountable for Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) as well as emergency response affairs at our Dresden Fab. You will bridge the gap between global corporate standards and local German excellence, ensuring that our operational processes continue to set the benchmark for compliance and risk mitigation.

As an ESH & ERC Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to protect our people, our assets, and the environment.

1. Empower & Lead: Mentor and develop a high-performing ESH/ERC team, fostering a culture of ownership and safety leadership.
2. System Architecture: Develop and implement robust management systems that align corporate global policies with the specific operational needs of the Dresden Fab.
3. Regulatory Command: Stay ahead of the curve by translating complex EU, German Federal, and Saxony State regulations into actionable site standards.
4. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key diplomat and technical expert in communications with government entities, international customers, and corporate stakeholders.
5. Audit & Elevate: Oversee comprehensive audit programs to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring we don't just meet, but exceed legal and internal requirements.
6. Resilience & Response: Lead the charge in emergency response planning and fire prevention strategies, ensuring the site is prepared for any scenario.
7. Incident Prevention: Champion a "Lessons Learned" culture by analyzing near-misses and incidents to implement preventative actions.
職務要求
We are looking for a visionary leader who combines technical mastery with the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related engineering field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in ESH/ERC roles, with a proven track record in leadership.
3. Industry Background: Experience in the semiconductor industry, high-tech manufacturing, or a large-scale international environment is highly preferred.
4. Certifications: You are a certified Occupational Safety Expert (Sifa) or Safety Manager (BG, TÜV). Additional certifications in Fire Protection or Industrial Hygiene are a significant advantage.
5. Regulatory Expertise: Deep familiarity with German ESH and fire codes is essential. Knowledge of global standards (e.g., FM Global or NFPA) and proficiency in ISO 14001/45001 is expected.
6. Soft Skills: You are a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a resilient problem-solver who can adapt to the fast-paced demands of a major construction and start-up project.
7. Communication: German (C1/Native) - Essential for legal compliance and authority liaison in Saxony; English (B2/C1) – Needed for collaboration within our global corporate network and stakeholders; Mandarin skills - a plus.
8. Training: Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan.
