TSMC Arizona is looking for a Summer 2025 Corporate Planning Organization (CPO) intern to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a CPO Intern, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust. 

TSMC Arizona’s CPO Department is responsible for

• Capacity, CapEx, Cost planning and management
• Tool productivity improvement
• Fab production control and management
• Fab space layout planning

• Involve in corporate planning activities as well as making business impact.
• Opportunities to interact with various teams that develop/enable leading edge technologies.
• Project assigned to offer hands-on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering or Business Management is preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location from:
  • Semester system: May 19^th, 2025 – August 1^st, 2025
  • Quarter system: June 16^th, 2025 – August 29^th, 2025
• Strong communication, computer, presentation, listening, working with others needed to contribute to the team and TSMC Arizona’s culture.
