Overview of Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our Business Operations team in San Jose. This position involves collaborating with our dynamic customers, North America Sales, and TSMC fabs in global locations to tackle daily business operational challenges. You will report to the Manager of the Business Operations Support team, and the job is based in San Jose, CA. Our work schedule follows a hybrid model, requiring you to work four days in the office, with potential early evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to establish new accounts and business engagements
- Coordinate and execute daily business operations, business transactions, and sales data analysis
- Participate in customer business review meetings, conference calls and customer visits
- Manage customer order delivery schedule and order loading capacity planning
- Execute shipments in compliance with global export regulations
- Maintain client relationships and respond to customer inquiries regarding order delivery status, shipments, RMA, and other concerns
- Collaborate with TSMC cross-functional teams in the US and global locations on manufacturing and supply chain logistics progress
- Perform other duties as assigned, including sales system enhancement projects, B2B activities, post-sales service, and consigned material reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the semiconductor industry, sales support, or supply chain sector.
- Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to track multiple processes concurrently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in sales data transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and relationship-building with customers
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain management is a plus
- Conversational proficiency in Mandarin

Pay Transparency Statement
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an annual base salary between $67,000 and $110,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
