Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Director who will be responsible for managing and setting the business priorities to meet customer requirements and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process technology, advanced packaging, exceptional leadership skills and a track record of building and leading successful customer-facing teams. We are currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of BS degree, Master’s degree in EE or MBA preferred.
- Senior level experience with a minimum of 15 years related experience in semiconductor technology and foundry sales business management.
- Experience with Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships, internally, externally, executive relationships and presence.
- Demonstrable skills in: Leadership, management, negotiation, and customer orientation.
- Ability to lead under pressure and results driven.
- Experience in Demand Generation with ability to proactive ability to lead the team to make cold calls on accounts where TSMC is not currently represented, and/or to call on a mutually advantageous expanded relationship with TSMC.
- Experience with Demand Fulfillment and the ability to lead the team to work with internal departments to allocate adequate capacity to major account and ensure good relationships through excellent ramp to volume, yields, and cycle time.
- Ability to forecast based on insight into customer requirements.
- Knowledge of semiconductor trends, insights and displays intellectual curiosity.

Pay Transparency Statement
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an annual base salary between $193,000 and $270,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
