The Temp Recruiting Coordinator provides support services to Recruiters by executing various administrative and related operational activities. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to give a fantastic candidate journey and be the expert in the organization's hiring processes, procedures, and tools. Responsibilities may include:

 

Responsibilities:

•    Accountable for interview scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
•    Provide high-touch care keeping interviews on track, responding to questions professionally and timely, and assisting/coordinating candidate/manager needs. Ensure the candidate's experience represents the TSMC brand. 
•    Ensure candidate records are complete, and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out.
•    Follow up on feedback from interview panels.
•    Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple TSMC locations. 
•    Coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements. 
•    Support recruiting events including university job fair, recruitment booths in conference etc.
•    Other HR duties assigned by the manager.

 

Requirements:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    In-depth competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
•    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to be professional
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    A positive "can-do" attitude.
•    Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
•    Outgoing personality, engaged, creative, and organized.

At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an hourly rate between $32/hour and $37/hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
