Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務說明
1. Lead the development of succession management and executive development best practices through end-to-end delivery of focused projects/initiatives.
2. Work with internal/external stakeholders to identify fit-for-purpose development activities to close the succession gap.
3. Constantly bring market/industry best practices to enhance TSMC succession management and leadership development, ensuring the effectiveness of quality and speed fits the company's best interests.
4. Manage a section and be responsible for team recruitment, development, and performance management.

Other Requirements

1. 10+ years of talent development/management experience in global companies or reputable consulting firms.
2. Preferably someone with postgraduate qualification in HR management, psychology, business management, or data science.
3. Experienced in team management.
4. Able to interpret/brief leading talent assessment tools and translate into practical development focus and actions.
5. Professional level for both oral and written Chinese/English.
