Interpreter's primary responsibility is to accurately convey spoken or signed messages from Chinese to Japanese Or Japanese to Chinese,
such as meetings, conferences,or public events.
So must possess fluency in at least Chinese,Japanese,
and have a deep understanding of cultural nuances and context to accurately convey meaning and tone.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
1.Translate conversations between Taiwanese and Japanese employees in the workplace. E.g., handover meeting alignment, conference call meeting etc.
2.Collaborate with colleagues for document translation which comply with government regulations and company policy, including clarify Japanese terms and definitions, and collect it into an organized data base.
3.Summarize meeting consensus in Japanese/Mandarin, prepare daily operation reports, document collection, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above with JLPT N1 level and Native Chinese are required.
2.Conversational skills in both English written and speaking skills.
3.Good communication skill, interpersonal skill with positive working attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
1.High technology work experience for more than two years is a huge plus.
2.Familiar in Japanese working style and living experience in Japan is a huge plus.
Working Conditions
1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30(depending on the situation,may be required to work shifts (including night shift), work on holidays In the future).
3.Term of employment: Fixed

4.Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Overtime Pay.
