TSMC Arizona is seeking multiple Site Security Responder candidates to join our company for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Representing TSMC in a courteous and professional manner, maintain a security presence at ALL the entrances, including the corporate office, cleanroom, and full 1200 acre facility
• Assist with the operational patrol support, 6s, and other security audits of the fab room operations, perimeter/fab fencing patrol, conduct visual inspection on designated routes, maintain logbooks, and manage log books
• Backup to Security Receptionist
• Update and maintain facility security clearances
• Reports defects to access control system and other security concerns to leadership
• Assist with the security of meetings and perhaps gatherings that occur within the facility
• Vendor access verification
• Supporting of restricted items control item controls and secure information protocols
• Monitor incoming and outgoing property
• Routine Administrative tasks
• Assist with Security department employees and partner with the manufacturing and facilities teams, as needed
• Strong computer skills including work with Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Other duties as directed by Security Manager

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in a security patrol/ guard capacity
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time up to 12-hour shifts
• Work in office or in field capacity, our site consists of both construction, office, and manufacturing settings; including cleanroom activities.
