Summary
1. Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.
2. Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.
3. Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
1. Work with the process integration team and module engineering to produce high quality wafers through full automation systems.
2. Effectively plan Fab capacity to maximize the Fab capabilities to meet customer requirements and act as a driving force of the Fab to meet production goals.
3. Clarify responsibilities so that subordinates understand his job content and goals.
(Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):
1. Bachler and above in Industry Engineering, Science engineering, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experiences and background.
2.Good project management and communication skills.
Languages:
Business English (speaking and writing) and conversational Japanese, Conversational Mandarin (desirable)
Key Experience:
Experience in the semiconductor field, especially manufacturing department in a 300mm Fab.
Direct working experience in the setup or maintenance of an automation system, and in optimization algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with leading company of IDM in 300mm semiconductor industry is a huge plus.

1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
3.
