Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Align company ESH practices to TSMC HQs ESH policy and guidelines.
- Establish ESH management system and build related policies and procedures.
- Conduct ESH risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Assist HR in implementing industrial hygiene programs for occupational disease prevention and health promotion.
- Conduct and review audits of applicable EHS programs and recommend improvement to address related audit shortcomings to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
(Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):
- Bachelor or above degree in safety, industrial hygiene, ESH, environmental, chemical or other related fields.
- 10+ years of work experience in the field of ESH.
- Familiar with Japan and local ESH related regulations.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management systems or ISO 45001 safety and health management systems is a plus.
- Working experience in semiconductor manufacturing company or hi-tech manufacturing company is preferred.
- Able to work with a transnational team.
Languages:
- Business English (speaking and writing) and conversational Japanese, Conversational Mandarin (desirable)
Key Experience:
- Experience in silicon semiconductor manufacturing and development.
Personal Attributes:
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and have an ability to work independently across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to communication complex problems through presentations and use of interpersonal persuasive skills.
- Must possess top-level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Desire for and demonstrated skill in leading and developing of persons and teams.
Working Conditions
1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
