Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Responsible for the company's annual personnel demand plan and determine the annual staffing of each organization;
  • Owner of separation and LOA, responsible for the Optimize processes, process execution, exit interviews, TO report. etc.
  • Clarify and confirm process with each stakeholder , Ensure the process is correct and in compliance with regulations
  • Responsible for the data management and analysis of organizational personnel and provide effective suggestions for appointment decisions
  • Responsible for handling employee entry, probation management and other processes
  • Responsible for the formulation, improvement and implementation of various policy documents

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5 years HR related experience
  • Strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
  • Familiar with Japan labor law and the regulation of  various kinds of long leaves.
  • Proficient in using computers and Office software (strong excel 、PPT skills), with the ability of data analysis.
  • Have certain strategic thinking ability, Clear logic , planning and execution ability, communication and coordination ability and other abilities required for job performance.
  • Patient, hard-working and diligent, with a spirit of research, pursuing the root cause and mission; willing and happy to accept different business challenges and exposure to different areas.
  • Strong curiosity and learning ability; open-minded and logical; good stress tolerance and willing to accept new tasks/challenges.
  • Have clear personal goals and career planning; strong affinity, empathy and professionalism; integrity, honesty and commitment.

  • Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  • Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  • Term of employment: Fixed:Contract renewal: Yes (Reason: To be determined based on work performance)、Limited number of contract renewal: Yes(Maximum total contract period: 2 years / Maximum number of contract renewal: 1 time)
  • Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Overtime Pay.
  • Business Holiday - Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Vacation regulations:GW vacation, Summer vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations ※Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar
