Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Join our Career Assessment and Development Department (CADD) as a Volume Assessment Specialist, where you’ll design innovative assessment tools to attract top talent, with a focus on early career and STEM recruitment. 職務說明
1. Conduct and support research into best-in-class assessment practices, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on early career and STEM talent recruitment.
2. Evaluate and benchmark assessment solutions across the industry to ensure alignment with organizational goals and emerging talent trends.
3. Assist in the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of assessment tools within the recruitment process.
4. Partner with talent acquisition, HRBPs, and external vendors to implement scalable and effective assessment strategies.
5. Monitor and analyze assessment data to ensure quality, consistency, and impact on hiring outcomes.
6. Maintain awareness of legal, ethical, and DEI considerations related to candidate assessments.
7. Contribute subject-matter expertise to enhance hiring practices and elevate candidate experience.

2. Job Requirements

(1) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent assessment or talent management in global companies or reputable consulting firms.
(2) Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, Data Science, Information Management or a related field.
(3) Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
(4) Certification(s) in digital HR solutions is preferred but not required.
