The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for front-end recruiting activities. Primary responsibility will be to source up to 3000 resumes per week for high volume roles in engineering, and unique roles which will require headhunting expertise such as an executive recruiter. The ideal candidate must have previous and current recruiting experience in all roles.
You'll work on-site, 5-days per week Monday - Friday 8-5, or 9-6.
Responsibilities include:
Use your technical recruiting skills to find great people to help shape and scale semiconductor manufacturing teams;
Fill requisitions quickly
Advocate for both TSMC and candidates throughout the early recruitment process;
Provide a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every candidate.
Source candidates through a variety of methods (i.e., digital, social media, LinkedIn, indeed, facebook, and several other platforms), building a pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions.
Develop an understanding of the strategy, goals, processes, culture, and skills required and support the recruitings team
Capture, maintain, and report data to communicate progress and performance
Be an expert in driving recruitment marketing and analytics strategies and solutions through multiple advertisement platforms such as google ads, LinkedIn, and indeed.
Pratner with the recruiting team and understand the hiring scopes to source qualified candidates
Maintain detailed records in our system.
Become a trusted partner to company partners to ensure reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience.
Use hiring metrics to develop new hiring solutions;
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years' combined experience with full life cycle recruiting and recruitment marketing
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar field
Demonstrated proficiency in the data analytics in microsoft excel
Work with great accuracy
Work with confidential information
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork and flexibility
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience;
Work well in an environment with competing demands;
Patient, communicative, collaborative team player and delivers exceptional customer service
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ. We ask that you be able to perform the responsibilities of the job full-time on-site
