European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Manufacturing Quality & Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about quality excellence in high-tech manufacturing? As Manufacturing Qualtiy and Reliability Engineer you will solve highly technical challenges and drive quality enhancing initiatives on fab in-process wafer.

In this role, you will drive quality initiatives across the fab, working with process and yield engineers to drive defect prevention, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, support audits, qualify new materials and processes, and ensure alignment with customer reliability expectations.

1. Conduct product reliability risk assessments during key fabrication events (eg. chip placement, dynamic voltage scaling, baking processes, and high-temperature operating life tests etc).
2. Evaluate impact of engineering changes, ensure meticulous procedures implementation.
3. Manage process and product qualifications, perform routine reliability monitoring.
4. Drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
5. Solve technical and analytical problems using structured methodologies (eg (PDCA, 8D, 3Leg/5Why, Kepner-Tregoe decision-making process etc).
職務要求
Qualifications and Education:

1. Legally eligible to work in Germany.
2. Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
3. Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or manufacturing related field.
4. More than three years of experience in Quality Management related role with deep knowledge of reliability methodologies, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
5. Passionate about Quality with ""Stop and Fix"" mindset.
6. Outstanding analytical skills, deep knowledge of structured quality assurance methodologies and advanced knowledge of monitoring tools (eg Excel VBA and Python code preferred).
7. Familiarity with local regulations and business ecosystems.
8. Outstanding team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded and eager to learn.
9. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry, industry reliability methods such as TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM and SM, 4082/ MPPT/ 4156 machine a strong plus.

Language Skills:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Basic command of German and Mandarin Chinese a plus.
