Responsibilities

- Execution of tasks related to the design of compensation, benefits, and other systems
- Document creation, as well as data creation and processing
- Communication with employees

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and effective communication with employees

- Excellent data processing abilities and interpersonal skills
Working Condition
1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30(depending on the situation,may be required to work shifts (including night shift), work on holidays In the future).
3.Term of employment: Fixed
Contract renewal: Yes (Reason: To be determined based on work performance)
Limited number of contract renewal: Yes(Maximum total contract period: 3 years / Maximum number of contract renewal: 2 time)
4.Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Overtime Pay.
5. Holiday - Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Vacation regulations:GW vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations
