This role is based in the Shared Services team of Human Resources Operation Centre. The ideal candidate would be responsible for leading a team to design and implement the global standard employee services, including but not limited to canteen management, transportation, accommodation, general affairs management to create an excellent diversity and inclusion employee experiences in TSMC.


1. Design TSMC employee services roadmap with globalization perspective, including short-term solution to long-term comprehensive plan in Taiwan headquarters.

2. Develop or re-design employee service policies and regulations to meet globalization requirement. 

3. Support overseas operation office expansion plan and participant in first line implementation of all employee service matters.


1. Having globalization vision, being proactive and enthusiastic in dealing with challenge situation. 

2. Excellent communication and expression skills, with great time management skill and positive mindset on dealing with the stress. 

3. At least 5 years of overseas experience in managing employee services in companies with a scale of over 500 employees.

4. Experienced in managing a well-round employee service globalization project, including but not limited to canteens, malls, transportation, dormitories, general affairs, and offices in high-tech industry is preferred.

5. Has mobility for overseas business trips or short-term assignments according to job requirements.

6. Possess resilient, change and learning agility, team player spirit, high EQ and AQ.

7. Interested in working in semiconductor industry, familiar with the semiconductor industry is a plus.

8. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese. Proficiency in German/Japanese would be a great advantage.
