European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Facility Project Planning & Controls Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Facility Project Planning & Controls Engineer you will lead the implementation of scheduling processes to maintain a strong baseline and forecast schedules, collaborating with internal and external contractors in project management and various functions like engineering, construction, contract management, and procurement.

1. New challenges: Become part of the facility team to build ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab.
2. Ownership & Optimization: Support the Project Management team. Manage integrated master schedule for engineering, procurement, construction planning and scheduling efforts and planning and schedule development with all activity sequences and logics with the total project plan. Lead preparation of the integrated baseline schedule with the contractors within the expected timeframe and quality.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Create weekly progress reports for all disciplines with all contractors.
4. Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization: Evaluate schedule updates, perform variance analysis, and identify schedule risks and conflicts.
5. Collaboration: Ensure agreed submission, compatibility, quality, and completeness of the master schedule submitted by Contractors.
6. Management: Monitor critical and near critical path and completion forecast and identify risk mitigation measures.
職務要求
Qualifications and Education:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related fields.

Must have experience:

1. 10+ years of experience with planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction of manufacturing and processes facilities.
2. Thorough understanding of needed capability to schedule complex engineering and construction projects.
3. Experience working on a large CAPEX project.

Language Skills:

Fluent German and English language skills.

Professional Skills:

1. Extensive experience with project scheduling tools and MS Office tools.
2. Initiative and proactive way of working with distinct problem-solving skills.

Personal Attributes:

1. Strong communication skills and ability to interact closely and frequently with site construction management and operations personnel while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
2. Strong data interpretation and report preparation skills.
