We are seeking a professional with a PhD in Computer Science to research, develop, and implement the latest techniques in image and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and specialized research and practical experience in image and machine learning, as well as the ability to contribute innovative ideas and problem-solving skills. 

1. Research and develop techniques in image and machine learning, including image segmentation, object recognition, target tracking, and machine learning algorithms.
2. Analyze and evaluate the limitations and flaws of current technology, and propose new solutions to advance the field.
3. Build machine learning models to identify patterns and rules from large sets of data, improving data processing and analysis efficiency.
4. Collaborate with team members, coordinate and manage research projects, and prioritize work according to project goals and timelines.
5. Write research papers and participate in academic conferences and seminars to present technical articles and speeches.

1. PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
2. Relevant research and practical experience in image and machine learning, and the ability to independently execute research projects such as image labeling by CNN or optimization by ResNet or style transfer.
3. Proficiency in programming skills, with familiarity in mainstream programming languages and software such as Python, C++, TensorFlow, and Keras.
4. Optics-related domain knowledge like Fourier optics or optical simulation experience (optional).
5. Excellent English skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and present academic papers and technical reports.
6. Team player with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

5. 良好的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力,並且能夠撰寫和發表學術論文和技術報告。 
6. 具備團隊協作精神,能夠有效地溝通、合作和管理項目進度。
