職務說明
1. Operate/communicate daily with customers and internal team for PO/orders/delivery pull in/push out/shipment/others. 
2. Build up and update customer-related data, such as contact persons' information and shipping destinations. 
3. Manage all diverse orders from order taking, changes, to order billing, including handling non-order service fees and relevant pricing.
4. Support normal physical goods shipment and urgent deliveries on weekends, by coordinating among different parties. 
5. Work on various types of service billing and handle abnormal/exceptional coordination. 
6. Perform data analysis and generate reports. 
7. Handle customer claims and business activity-related operations/executions. 
8. Execute top-down tasks to achieve annual targets.
職務要求
1. Minimum 2 years of administrative support or project coordination experience. 
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in any business-related field. 
3. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and VBA programming is a plus. 
4. Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. 
5. Professional proficiency in both oral and written Chinese/English.
