Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the development of mission-critical software solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to manage the product lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering scalable, customer-focused software solutions in fast-paced industries like IT, cloud services, or software development. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products with a meaningful impact, collaborating closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to ensure the success and continuous improvement of our products.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Product Development & Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy, develop roadmaps, and take ownership of products from ideation to delivery and beyond.
2. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, design, prototyping, development, testing, promotion, and user support.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product features with business goals and ensure smooth execution.
4. Performance Tracking: Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance, deeply understand user needs, and prioritize improvements or future developments.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key users, to communicate product vision, seek feedback, and ensure alignment.
6. (Optional) Scalable Design: Ensure products are designed for scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with modern backend and cloud-native architectures.

Job Location: Hsinchu Site, Taichung Site, Tainan Site, Taipei Office (Experienced Only)

The complete interview process includes:

2. On-site personality and English test (which could be replaced if you have script of officially English test)
3. HR interview
4. Second manager interview (Optional assessment)
職務資格
Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or Engineering.
2. Solid experience (5 years+) in product management or program management, particularly in software, IT, or cloud-related fields.
3. Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle for technology products, from concept through delivery and ongoing support.
4. Experienced in working closely with engineering teams and comfortable discussing technical challenges and design considerations.
5. Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into structured product plans and detailed use cases.
6. Strong technical acumen with knowledge of backend system design, APIs, and cloud technologies.
7. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of presenting product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira for managing workflows and roadmaps.

Preferred:

1. Background in smart manufacturing or IT operations within semiconductor or high-tech industries.
2. Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures, including containers and microservices.
3. Knowledge of business intelligence tools and analytics platforms for tracking product KPIs and user feedback.
