Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are seeking a Manager – AI Change Management to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on business process redesign and AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge organizational change management with cutting-edge technology deployment, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable business impact. Experience in AI deployment is essential, and a background as an AI Architect will be considered a significant advantage.
職務内容
1. Change Management Leadership

(1) Design and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
(2) Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
(3) Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure change effectiveness.

2. Business Process Redesign

(1) Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
(2) Lead cross-functional workshops to re-engineer processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
(3) Implement best practices in process governance and continuous improvement.

3. AI Deployment & Integration

(1) Oversee the deployment of AI solutions across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
(2) Collaborate with data science, IT, and operations teams to integrate AI into redesigned processes.
(3) Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.

4. Strategic Advisory

(1) Partner with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps.
(2) Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on business models.
(3) Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
職務資格
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
2. Experience:

(1) 10+ years in change management, transformation, or process improvement roles.
(2) Proven track record in business process redesign and enterprise-level AI deployment.
(3) Experience as an AI Architect or in AI solution design is a strong plus.

3. Skills:

(1) Ability to lead the problem solving for complex business problems across different business functions.
(2) Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLM, ML, NLP, RPA, GenAI) and enterprise integration.
(3) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
