Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務内容
1. Design, assemble, modify, and engage in hands-on engineering of advanced semiconductor inspection tools, with a focus on E-beam or optical technology.
2. Demonstrate leadership in both professional expertise and team management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.
3. Possess strong skills in quality methodologies and problem-solving, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and delivering results.
職務資格
1. Master (or relevant work experiences) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials science or related fields.
2. Extensive knowledge and expertise in e-beam or optical metrology or inspection.
3. Strong foundational understanding and practical experience in fundamental studies related to e-beam, optical, or exploration methods for inspection and metrology areas.
4. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, including oral and written proficiency.
5. A minimum of 5 years (or close) of hands-on experience with e-beam or optical systems in the semiconductor industry or related academy.
6. Experience in system design, modification and problem-solving.
7. Experience in advanced process control and process modelling.
8. Foundry experience in managing a team of engineers and technicians. Or senior level in academy such as professor.
9. Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and practices.
