European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Facility Division Secretary

The role:

Facility Division Secretary is responsible for performing administrative work of new Fab’s project, providing full secretary services and assistance to internal and external business inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
1. To support ESMC FAC (Facility) Division business.
2. Managers meeting scheduling, reminding and attendance if required.
3. Administrative work, Projects support, budget management and logistic handling.
4. Response to internal and external business inquiries.
5. Planning and organizing visitor events and soft team building activities.
6. To well co-work across organizations.
7. Facility division document control and setup.

Job Qualifications
Qualification and Education:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5+ years of admin related working experience, familiar with work related system and process.
3. Familiar with German customs and culture, with living experience in Germany preferred.

Language Skills:

1. Excellent German language skills.
2. Fluent in English in all aspects.

Personal Skills:

1. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
2. Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
3. Effective organizational skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Personal Attributes:

1. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, work well across organizations.
2. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Good in communication and negotiation.
4. Quick assimilator of new technology.
5. Multitasking, positive thinking, open-minded, detailed orientation, and customer-orientation.

Key Performance indicators (KPIs):

1. Successfully completing the administrative work.
2. Successfully arranging the meeting of managers and engineers.
3. Effective communication with team members.
