Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities

1. To analyze wireline broadband, wireless connectivity, mixed signal, RF or PMIC market dynamics/trends and forecast/model the usage and demand of key electronics ICs

2. To monitor market events and quantify business impact to the company

3. To formulate and propose business strategy to executives

Job Qualifications

1. Master's degree in engineering or MBA

2. At least 5 years of work experience in the high-tech industry, with expertise in one or more of the following fields: wireline broadband, wireless connectivity, mixed signal, RF or PMIC

3. Familiarity with IC and semiconductor process technology is a plus

4. Skills in market research, analysis, and modeling

5. Strong business acumen, as well as strategic and logical thinking skills

6. Strong skills in active listening and conflict resolution

7. Ability to manage conflict and ambiguity

8. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

9. Experience in delivering technical presentations 

10. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
