Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities

1. Implement digital HR strategies/tactics and initiatives to support Global HR objectives as assigned.
2. Manage and maintain HR integrated digital platforms and projects.
3. Collaborate with HR/IT team to ensure seamless integration of HR digital solutions.
4. Provide training and support to HR team and employees on HR digital tools and platforms.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for HR digital solutions.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR digital initiatives.
7. Support HR team with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Info Mgt, Mgt of Tech, MBA, HR, or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in digital HR, HRIS, or IT consulting related field.
3. Experience with digital platforms, B2B or B2C products.
4. Strong project management skills and experience.
5. Experience with working in a fast-changing environment and is willing to work internationally.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
