Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
This role is based in the Employee Communications & Relations team at Human Resources to plan and implement diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) & HR related ESG projects, including but not limited to: 

1. Design and execute DEI initiatives through employee lifecycle to create inclusive employee experience.
2. Co-work with the DEI team to foster and sponsor the ERGs to contribute to the realization of the corporate people vision. 
3. Coordinate and integrate HR related ESG topics (e.g., Human Rights and other social dimensions) via multiple communications tools (e.g., the annual sustainability report, international benchmarking survey and questionnaires) to demonstrate the ESG progress in HR related topics. 
4. Support HR projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Major in social science, such as HR, labor relations, social policy, economics, or business management related fields is a plus. 
2. At least 5-10 years of working experience in communications and proven project management (from project initiation to completion) skills.
3. Good communication and teamworking skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively and drive positive results. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities.
4. Ability to take initiative and think out-of-the-box to drive change and innovation. 
5. Prior experience in evaluating the effectiveness of graphic design and digital marketing against the communication purpose.
