Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities
1. Compile and present comprehensive reports, forecasts, budgets, business plans, and financial statements.
2. Research and analyze accounting data to provide accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Perform ad hoc analyses and manage special projects as assigned.
4. Support cross-functional teams in aligning financial and operational strategies.
5. Willing to relocate to Taichung, Tainan, or overseas for a rotation program to build diverse expertise.
Job Qualifications
Key Qualifications:

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience working in well-known international accounting firms is highly desirable.
3. CPA license is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Cross-disciplinary experience in engineering or computer science is a strong plus.
5. Proficiency in Japanese and English is highly valued.

Additional Requirements:

1. Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Taichung, Tainan, or overseas for rotational opportunities.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
4. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
