Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. Job Responsibilities
1. Validate, organize, and maintain candidate data in the internal recruitment system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Manage job postings and optimize data handling on external recruitment platforms to maximize visibility and outreach.
3. Monitor and track candidate status throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
4. Support the planning and execution of assigned projects, events, and meetings; proactively oversee progress and prepare comprehensive reports to drive results.
Job Qualifications
1. A team player with good demonstrations from past experiences is a must.
2. Attention to detail is a must with demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Strong Integrity and commitment to results.
4. Logical thinking, multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands.
5. Strong verbal and written English communication skills is a plus.
6. Possess a minimum of bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains is preferred.
7. Have 3+ years of working experience in HR, and in a multinational company is preferred.
