Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
This role is responsible for enhancing employee well-being through effective health management and promotion strategies. This includes leading occupational health initiatives, providing emergency assistance, and managing nursing staff operations to ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Emergency Assistance and Occupational Health Management: Provide immediate support during health emergencies and establish protocols to manage occupational health risks effectively.
2. Health Management and Promotion: Develop, execute, and monitor wellness programs tailored to the needs of employees, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health improvement.
3. Nursing Staff Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate nursing teams, ensuring resource optimization, adherence to health standards, and delivery of high-quality care services.
Job Qualifications
1. Minimum of a master’s degree in a health-related field such as public health, medicine, or nursing. Candidates with higher academic qualifications will be given preference.
2. Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years specializing in nursing or occupational health. Extensive practical experience in these areas is an advantage.
3. Strong skills in project management, communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal relations, with a proven ability to drive teamwork and achieve goals effectively.
4. Must be bilingual and fluent in both Mandarin and English for written and verbal communication, ensuring efficiency in a multilingual working environment.
