Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with outsourcing vendors to effectively accomplish assignments delegated by supervisors.
2. Support the planning, development, and execution of tasks related to Canteen Management.
3. Assist in daily operations and coordination of General Affairs to maintain operational excellence.
4. Maintain and update system data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely availability for decision-making.
5. Focus on administrative and operational tasks to streamline workflows and enhance organizational efficiency.

Monthly Salary Range: from NTD $34,100
Job Qualifications
1. A valid Taiwan disability certificate.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Experience with Canteen Management and relevant experience is plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
6. Integrity and strong self-discipline.
7. Result-driven and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.
8. Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, must be proactive and a good team player.
