To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Chemical Analysis Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Chemical Analysis Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring precise chemical analyses within the semiconductor manufacturing process. Utilizing advanced instruments like ICP-MS, GC-MS, and IC, you will manage chemical resources and establish rigorous testing protocols. Your role will involve certifying fab tool and facility systems, monitoring the quality of incoming materials, and interpreting and communicating results to support manufacturing excellence. Engage in cutting-edge research and development projects, maintain regulatory compliance, and keep lab equipment in peak condition, all while driving continuous improvement and collaborating closely with various technical teams.
Job Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure: Lead the design and construction of a cutting-edge chemical lab tailored for a Fab environment. Manage the quality of raw materials to ensure optimal performance and innovation.
2. Operation: Work closely with facility and Fab teams to conduct routine monitoring of raw materials. Proactively troubleshoot issues and verify CIP processes to uphold the highest standards.
3. Cross-organization: Leverage analytical resources to mentor stakeholders, ensuring exceptional data quality and supporting troubleshooting efforts across the organization.
4. Expertise: Cultivate specialized knowledge to meet site-specific chemical analytical requirements. Develop innovative analytical strategies and detailed roadmaps to advance the site's capabilities.
5. Emergency Response: Demonstrate readiness to handle urgent cases during weekend and night shifts, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

1. Legally eligible to work in Germany.
2. Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
3. Master’s, Diploma or Ph.D. with Major in a chemical or material related field.
4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing chemical analysis methods in a laboratory setting.
5. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry and familiarity with chemical regulations and business ecosystems a strong plus.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, openminded and curious to discover.
7. Proficiency in programming is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English with good command of German
