Job Responsibilities

1. 班級經營及家長溝通

(1) 管理和經營班級，維護良好的教學環境。

(2) 與家長建立有效的溝通渠道，回應家長的需求和疑問。

2. 學習區及主題課程規劃帶領

(1) 設計和引導學習區的活動，促進幼兒的探索與學習。

(2) 規劃並帶領主題課程，確保課程內容豐富且符合幼兒的發展需要。

3. 幼兒生活照顧與行為輔導

(1) 提供幼兒日常生活的照顧，確保其安全與健康。

(2) 進行行為輔導，協助幼兒建立良好的行為習慣。

薪資範圍: 月薪44,000以上

Job Qualifications

1. 具備幼教師證照或教保員資格。

2. 喜歡孩子，對於幼兒教育抱持高度熱情。

3. 樂於學習與精進專業能力。

4. 幼兒教育相關學系畢（學士、碩士）。

5. 一年以上開放教育教學經驗。

6. 需配合園所輪值早值或晚值。
