Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
Played as IT (department) manager, responsible for jasm IT affairs including Fab App, Infra and Biz App, and need to align solutions and practices with HQ IT.
As a jasm IT manager (to-be dept manager), you will:
1. Responsible for IT systems and devices. Well operate all IT systems and provide fast 1st-line on-duty services to all jasm users.
2. Align Fab App, infra-architecture and Biz App solutions with HQ IT, and need to do some localized solutions for Biz App.
3. People and Org management for 3 sections and play as a good bridge between HQ IT and jasm IT, and support all functions success in jasm.
※There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majored in computer science, information management, electrical engineering or IT-related areas.
2.Capable for English/Mandarin/Japanese communication skills both in oral and written is suggested.
3.At least 15 years of IT experience in semiconductor industrial / Fab is must.
4.Equipped with semiconductor process domain knowledge and MES (SiView) operation skill is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

・Fluent Mandarin/Japanese speaking, good listening, and writing
(Key Experience)
・At least 10 years of experience as an manager at a semiconductor factory.
・Be familiar with MES/Fab systems and operations

2. Must be highly organized & proactive. Able to work well across organizations (within jasm functions and across HQ)
3. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
