Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking a highly experienced (Senior) Manager for Change Management to join our transformation program team. The (Senior) Change Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration of changes within the organization. The role requires a strategic and innovative mindset to guide the company through significant transformations, enhancing organizational performance and achieving business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create comprehensive change strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored change management plans.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Address resistance and provide support to ensure smooth transitions.
3. Conduct Change Impact Assessments: Analyze the potential impact of changes on various business units. Develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
4. Training and Development: Oversee the development and execution of training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for changes. Manage training delivery and measure its effectiveness.
5. Monitor and Evaluate Change Initiatives: Define and measure success metrics. Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed.
6. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and support change management team members. Provide coaching and development opportunities.
7. Drive Culture Change: Champion initiatives that foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Encourage adoption of new behaviors, mindsets, and working practices that align with the organization’s values and goals.
8. Project Management: Lead and manage change management projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and budget. Use project management methodologies and tools to track progress and address issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Experience in large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certification in change management (e.g., CCMP -Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci).
2. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
3. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., healthcare, technology, finance) is a plus.
4. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
5. Expertise in Culture Change: Demonstrated experience in driving successful culture change initiatives within an organization. Strong understanding of organizational behavior and the factors that influence cultural shifts.
