TSMC Arizona is looking for an executive administrator/assistant to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As an Executice Administrator/Assistant, you will support multiple department executives and have the opportunity to enable their success through your demonstration of a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

 

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide proactive, impeccable, efficient, and courteous assistant services and ensure all assigned administrative duties are efficiently performed in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive’s and their direct staff’s calendar and arrange appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel;
  • Support effective teams by arranging staff meetings, providing meeting minutes, and creating task tracking documentation;
  • Establishing group record keeping systems including setting up documentation storage systems and keeping records current;
  • Prioritize and respond in a timely and professional manner to all internal and external correspondence and inquiries (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) which will have a varying level of sensitivity and confidentiality;
  • Support traveling executives during their visit by arranging all logistics, transportation, hotel, meals, coordination and scheduling of meetings. 
  • Support other departments as needed;
  • Coordinate key events and activities;
  • Budget for and manage general office needs for the department staff, purchasing for ergonomic office requirements of employees, peripherals etc. 

 

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a cross-department environment for a fast-paced multi-national corporation;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Full professional fluency in Mandarin strongly preferred;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), TEAMS and other conferencing software;
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, manage time, and multi-task;
  • Be able to communicate courteously, effectively and professionally with internal and external associates;
  • Be highly attuned to and a good observer of people;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work without frequent direct supervision;
  • Be a strong verbal and written communicator and customer service oriented;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within the organization’s functional areas;
  • Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality for sensitive business matters, documents, and correspondence
