Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product Roadmap: Craft and define a visionary product roadmap for chatbot development that aligns seamlessly with our overarching business objectives, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.
2. Insightful User/Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to uncover user needs, analyze industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights that guide informed product decisions.
3. Feature Prioritization: Strategically prioritize features and enhancements by leveraging user feedback, market trends, and business goals, ensuring the delivery of impactful and relevant solutions.
4. Resource Management: Partner with IT teams and vendors to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly chatbot interfaces, aligning project goals while effectively managing resources and budgets.
5. Rigorous Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead robust testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality product releases, proactively troubleshooting and resolving any technical challenges.
6. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical chatbot performance metrics, such as user engagement, satisfaction, and completion rates, to drive optimal results and enhance user experience.
7. User Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze user feedback to fuel product enhancements and innovative feature development, ensuring our chatbots consistently exceed user expectations.
8. Comprehensive Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training materials and programs, empowering internal chatbot coordinators and knowledge base managers to utilize the chatbot effectively and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree in HR, IT or an equivalent qualification.
2. Exceptional proficiency in English.
3. Proven experience in chatbot training or in HR technology product development.
4. Demonstrated experience in rapid prototyping or proof of concept (POC) development.
5. Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
6. Strong track record of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
7. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable strategies.
