As a Photolithography Equipment Technician, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all photo and metrology tools. Performs setup, calibration, failure analysis, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance duties on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, components and assemblies, in a fast-paced clean room manufacturing setting. 

The role is usually designated for a compressed work week schedule of 12-hour day or night shifts, where the employee works for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, and is required to work 100% on-site.

Responsibilities include: 

• Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
• Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
• Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed

• Become certified on a variety of tool types
• Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
• Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures.

Requirements:  

• Very strong computer skills
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and/or experience
• Demonstrate basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to use electronic and/or test equipment.
• Able to use tool manuals and follow established processes and procedures.
• Able to workday/or night shift (12-hour shift structure).
• Need superb attention to detail and follow safety rules while multitasking.
• A strong ability to learn quickly. Needs to be team-oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Previous semiconductor experience in Photolithography areas preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
