To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: 

ESMC Chemical Analysis Manager

A chemical analysis manager supervises chemical analysis in a lab, manages a team of chemists, sets testing protocols, certifies fab tool and facility systems, oversees incoming material quality control, ensures accuracy, interprets results, and communicates findings for fab support. They are also involved in research and development projects, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance within the lab.
Job Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure: Define, design, and build up chemical lab capability and capacity for a fab environment and raw materials quality management.
2. Operation: Lead the chemical lab team to execute routine raw material monitoring, event troubleshooting, and CIP verification.
3. Cross-organization: Leverage analytical expertise to coach and audit stakeholders to ensure data reliability and tool calibration/matching.
4. Expertise: Develop domain expertise to address site chemical analytical requirements and provide an analytical strategy and roadmap.
5. People Management: Develop talents and successors. 
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in a chemistry or materials-related field.

Language Skills:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Basic communication skills in Mandarin or German are a plus.

Professional Skills:

1. More than 10 years of experience in chemical lab management and chemical analysis method development.
2. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
3. Familiarity with local regulations and business ecosystems is required.

1. Chemical lab operation performance and stability.
2. Overall fab environment and raw materials quality management.
3. Conducting a thorough analysis to clarify the root cause of fab events and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies.
