Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. Job Responsibilities
1. Director's Schedule Management: Efficiently maintain the Director's agenda, assisting with the scheduling of meetings, engagements, daily activities, and coordinating overseas travel arrangements to ensure seamless operations.
2. Correspondence Handling: Prioritize and manage all outgoing and incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and professional communication.
3. Budget and Expense Management: Oversee the divisional budget and maintain accurate expense records, while assisting with reimbursement processes to support financial accuracy and accountability.
4. Office and Personal Errands: Perform a variety of office and personal errands, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
5. Inquiry Response: Respond to business inquiries promptly with a professional and friendly demeanor, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
6. Recruitment Event Support: Assist in the implementation of recruitment events, playing a key role in attracting top talent to our organization.
7. Ad-hoc Project Assistance: Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.
Job Qualifications
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above is required.
2. Experience: Preferably 2-5 years of working experience in the administrative field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Professional Attitude: Mature, stable, open-minded, and proactive working attitude with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
7. Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a curiosity for learning new things.
8. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team when necessary.
9. Time Management: Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines.
10. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases and tracking systems is an advantage.
