Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support HR Functional Priority & HR Transformation: support the management team on aligning functional priority and the progress of action. Upon HR transformation, facilitate the management team in going through organizational design, workforce planning, and people development; act upon HR strategy and Talent strategy on org/ team/ people topics.
2. Facilitate Talent Management: act as a facilitator across the talent management process, initiatives and enablement. Including workforce planning, performance management, people development and relevant programs.
3. Enable Manager Effectiveness and Leadership: act as the advisor to highlight blind spots and provide recommendation along manager coaching. Facilitate succession planning, leadership transition and leadership development by bridging solution from COE.  
4. Reinforce Employee Experience: monitor people index and collect employee voices on candidate experience, newcomer onboarding, newcomer assimilation, probation, performance management, people development, internal mobility, work flexibility, career progression, separation and retirement. Facilitate people process and frame adequate solutions by bonding stakeholders to support employee experiences and to reinforce the level of engagement. 
5. Strengthen Company Culture and People Vision: based on the Company’s core value, DEI and our People Vision, curate functional-level interventions with voice collected (figures and measurement). Weave the interventions into communication, recognition and people discussion cadence. Continuously monitor on the climate and culture change parallel with HR transformation. 
Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2. 10+ years of applicable HR experience; experience in a global, international fast paced tech organization.
3. Professional level proficiency in both oral and written Chinese/English.
4. Demonstrated behaviors of self-resilience, learning agility, team player spirit and growth mindset. 
5. Strong organizational sensitivity, confidentiality and ethics; emphasis on independence.
6. Agile ways of working; affinity with talent management, change management is appreciated; proven experience in leading and delivery of multiple projects and processes.
