Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team and drive the transformation of our organization’s agile practices. In this pivotal role, you will empower managers and teams to embrace agile methodologies, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional results. As an advocate for agility, you will communicate and instill agile principles, Scrum practices, and Kanban techniques across the organization. Your expertise in coaching and mentoring will be instrumental in guiding teams to effectively use metrics and allocate resources, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities
1. Guide and mentor managers in agile practices to ensure the successful implementation of agile methodologies across various departments.
2. Clearly communicate agile principles, along with Scrum and Kanban practices, to promote a cohesive operating model throughout the organization.
3. Advocate for the utilization of metrics and objective measures to evaluate team performance and progress.
4. Collaborate with teams to strategically allocate resources, maintaining agile practices and facilitating smooth project delivery.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. A minimum of three years of experience as an agile coach, with a proven track record of successful agile transformations.
2. Proficiency in implementing and utilizing scrum, kanban, and scaled scrum frameworks to manage projects.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing agile projects of different sizes and complexities.
4. Strong leadership, educational, and coaching skills to effectively guide teams and individuals.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1. Certification as an agile coach or scrum master, highlighting your expertise in agile methodologies.
2. Experience in coaching within large organizations, adapting agile practices to diverse environments.
3. An educational background in computer science, providing a solid foundation for understanding technical projects.
