Responsibilities

  • As a recruiter to manage new grads or mid career hiring activities from sourcing, selection, offering to on boarding process via the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors or MyNavi).
  • Continuously build talent pipelines and recommend appropriate solutions to fulfill quality manpower to support business success, eg. Campus relations, Internship program, Fellowship, etc. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing, branding and sourcing plans to find appropriate candidates, and engage with talent communities using various media channels including hosting and facilitating job events.
  • Facilitate job scope meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide recommendations on search approaches.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine offer details and drive candidate acceptance.
  • Partner with HQ TA in TA policy implementation (e.g., TA policy, procedure, SOP management ).
  • Adhere to regulations and provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • HR 3-5 years including corporate HR experience and at least 2 years in new grads or mid-career recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially for Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices related to talent acquisition.
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, PMP, and HR domains to generate insights, solutions and recommendations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible for changes, multi-tasking, quick learner, team player with high EQ.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and command of English and Japanese. Japanese- Native or Business level (N1 or above)  

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data analysis capability & fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus.
  • Major in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business-related fields is preferred.

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
