Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

As a Personnel Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the backbone of our HR operations. This position is central to ensuring that our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) function seamlessly and efficiently. You will be at the forefront of optimizing our HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with key teams to drive impactful HR initiatives. Your contributions will directly enhance the employee experience and support the strategic goals of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS based on existing SOPs, which include ensuring data consistency, customization, development, and maintenance. Participate in team projects related to HR processes, data, and system activities across all operational HR functions.
2. Join efforts to implement standard operating procedures and mechanisms to ensure data integrity. Based on business requests, set up new HRIS analytics, metrics, and reporting functionality. This will involve contributing to functionality design and workflows, testing, and implementing new functions. 
3. Assist in ongoing HR initiatives, including email updates, workflow improvements, and system automation. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Operations teams to drive the effective use of HRIS systems.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, like Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
2. Advanced experience in MS Excel is preferred.
3. Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic test and audits.
4. Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills.
5. Great interpersonal skills.
