Responsibilities

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment teams of new grads, mid-career, Haken and onboarding to fulfill quality manpower in time for business success of JASM.
  • The successful candidate needs to work closely with function heads in JASM and TSMC headquarters in Taiwan to align corporate initiatives and leverage resources including sourcing, employer branding, selection, university programs.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, policies, and procedures to attract quality talents for the organization.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to identify and attract talents across various functions, including new grads, mid-career, Haken employees, and senior leaders
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process with justified data and reports efficiently and effectively to make right TA judgement, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job postings, social media, and employee referrals, to attract right talents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other external partners to promote the company as an employer of choice

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition is a must.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters including new grads, mid-career, Haken and on boarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Business level English capability as well as fluent Japanese communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiences in HRBP or other HR functions are plus.

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
