Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational culture

   ◆Manage internal communication channels, including

   ◆Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement

  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees, and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, or grievances, as well as establish investigation procedure and mechanism

   ◆Plan and organize employee events, such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs

  • Create frameworks for D&I and disability employment, and institutionalize the mechanisms.
  • Responding to harassment, providing answers, offering consultations, and addressing work-related concerns with sincerity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as management teams, HRBP, PR, TSMC to align communication efforts and messaging

(Scope of change)

  • There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3 years of professional experience in employee communication, employee engagement, employee relations, employee experience, or HRBP related disciplines, system review 
  • Experience with event planning and excellent facilitation capability in managing communication meeting with large scale audiences online or on-site
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Think logically 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiar with Japanese labor law and regulations
  • Business level of English and Japanese.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in planning and executing systems.
  • Handling D&I and disability employment even without experience, by studying and learning about them
  • Experience of project management
     

 

Working Conditions

  • Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  • Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
