TSMC Arizona is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator & Administrator to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a coordinator & administrator you will work closely with our learning and development personnel to provide learning solutions coordination and deployment of training, learning content and materials for learning events.

 

The L&D Coordinator & Administrator will become the expert in the learning management system, including, but not limited to SuccessFactors Learning and LinkedIn Learning. This position is crucial in identifying system capabilities, making recommendations, implementing new ideas, and working with internal customers to support their needs within the learning system.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage administration and coordination of learning events and training.
  • Manage learning materials and content to preparation of course deployments
  • Managers training calendars, invitations and all related communications in Emails, LMS system, TEAMs messages
  • Complete course set-up, track learners’ completion status and create reports from the LMS
  • Identify the capabilities of SuccessFactors Learning to support TSMC’s training needs
  • Create job aids and documentation for SuccessFactors learning processes and procedures
  • Create, test, and launch courses in SuccessFactors Learning
  • Identify the capabilities of LinkedIn Learning to support employee growth and development
  • Build a robust training resource within LinkedIn Learning for leaders and employees at all levels
  • Be the main point of contact for employees with questions about systems and general L&D inquiries
  • Managing learning indicators and reports
  • Assist the team as needed with additional Learning and Development needs
  • Share folder maintenance for Learning and Development
  • Vendor and budget management
  • Performs other relevant job duties as required.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Learning, Adult Education, or associated area.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or IT
  • Experienced in learning and development coordination and deployment
  • Comfortable working with all levels within a company
  • Attention to details, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrates customer service mindsets and patient with repetitive questions and tasks.
  • Able to communicate effectively through email, teams messages, and over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and a self-starter to complete detail tasks needed for the learning and development program he/she supports.
  • Experienced with Excel in pivot table, formular, graphs and data analysis to generate reports
  • Experience with effective use of technology to support learning
  • Technical familiarity with Learning Management System
  • Experience with learning management systems (preferred)
  • Success Factors experience a plus
