Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
This role is based in Employee Welfare Committee (EWC) within Human Resources with a focus on meticulously planning, administering complex and cross-function project-based assignments, including: 

1. Responsible for communicating with committee members and employees to support objectives as assigned.
2. In charge of planning, budgeting, outsourcing, vendor management, and the promotion and implementation of EWC projects.
3. Assist in the overall planning, development, coordination, and implementation of tasks related to TSMC Gift Shop.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience with e-commerce, B2B or B2C products, and relevant experience.
3. Strong project management skills and experience with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong multitasking capabilities.
5. Problem-solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively propose solutions.
6. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
8. Integrity and strong self-discipline.
9. Result-driven and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.
10. Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn; must be proactive and a good team player.
