Job Responsibilities
1. Benefit planning, benchmarking, and development for both headquarter and new subsidiary.
2. Employee payroll and working hours management to ensure compliance with all regulations.
3. New payroll system planning and implementation.
4. Projects related to above scope.
Job Qualifications
1. Capable to probe potential concerns, integrate multiple inputs & processes and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness.
2. General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Fluent in Japanese is a plus.
5. Integrity and commitment are the prerequisites.
6. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
7. High learning agility with good logic, flexible for changes.
8. Aggressive, willing to take initiative and follow-through to deliver quality results with strong attention to details.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
