Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate and work with stakeholders to create digital marketing plan.
2. Responsible for the execution of digital marketing strategies and activities (eg: email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, SEO).
3. Manage social media platforms (specific to technical marketing content) including the creation of content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics.
4. Improve efficiency of digital marketing campaigns in user experience, web, social media engagement.
5. Oversee related digital marketing activities and program budgets, document digital marketing processes, and provide support to stakeholders.
6. Gather feedback and market insights to inform marketing outreach strategies, increase engagement and generate results to meet objectives.
7. Identify effectiveness and impact of current digital marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
8. Present ideas and final deliverables (reports) to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders to garner support and approvals.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant majors.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing roles or related areas. 
3. Background in high tech industry or semiconductor industry is a plus. 
4. Native/fluent writers of both English and Chinese (traditional). 
5. Proven track records in optimizing website content, structure to improve search engine ranking, well-versed and experienced in PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and using tools and platforms to automate repetitive tasks or improve event marketing.
6. Computer and Internet savvy; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
7. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
8. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
9. Experienced in managing a diverse community of stakeholders.
10. Excellent advocate to maintain and enhance the brand's online reputation. Monitor and shape target audience brand perception.
